Shiftwave Cofactor

Generate a report

Built from dossiers (yours + the team's when sync is on). Anyone can run these.
Your personal key for the AI that powers this tool. 1. Go to console.anthropic.com and sign in (or create an account — different from claude.ai). 2. Billing → add credits ($20 covers weeks; each conversation costs a few cents). 3. Settings → API Keys → Create Key → copy it immediately (shown once, starts with sk-ant-). 4. Paste it here and Save. It's stored only in this browser and sent only to api.anthropic.com — nobody else ever sees it.
First name is fine. It's how your entries are attributed in the shared team dossiers and reports, and how Cofactor's coaching addresses you.
The market you own — it picks which playbook (questions, proof, buying dynamics) Cofactor starts with. You can switch vertical per conversation in the Assist tab, so this is just your usual starting point.
Connects you to the shared team log so everyone learns from everyone's calls. Get the URL from North (it looks like https://script.google.com/macros/s/…/exec?token=…) — paste it here exactly, hit Save. From then on every Finish & Log shares automatically, the Dossiers tab gets a 👥 Team view, and Reports can run on team-wide data. First time? Also tap ⇧ Push all my dossiers to team below so your existing contacts join the shared log.
Sends every dossier on this device to the shared team log. Safe to press any time — duplicates are automatically skipped. Use it after first setup, after importing data, or if you logged calls while offline.
Export downloads all your dossiers as one JSON file — your backup, and how data moves between devices or into whatever we build next (your API key is never included). Import loads such a file and merges it (nothing is overwritten). Use it to load team-dossiers-seed.json — the pre-built dossiers from our recorded-call study — then push to team.

Everything lives in this browser: key, dossiers, settings. Voice needs the app opened via https (the team link) or localhost. Knowledge packs live in packs.js — vertical owners edit that file to update playbooks without touching the tool.
